What is our recruitment process?

Application

The application process is done online. All vacancies for which we are currently recruiting can be found on our website under the CAREER tab. We reserve the right to contact only selected candidates.

Analysis and selection of applications

We evaluate the submitted applications based on the qualifications required for the position.

First stage - Interview

Recruitment interviews are a key stage in the entire recruitment process. Meetings are conducted in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Initial interviews take place at the company’s headquarters with an HR department employee. During the meetings, we want to learn about your previous professional experience, expectations towards the employer, and assess your competencies, commitment, and attitude.

Second Stage - Interview

At this stage, recruitment is conducted by the direct supervisor and a team of qualified specialists in the TSL field. During the interview, foreign language proficiency is tested, and financial conditions and the form of employment are discussed.

Feedback

Information about the positive outcome of the recruitment and the desire to cooperate is communicated by phone within a few days.

Onboarding in Ad Logistics

After completing the necessary formalities, the newly hired employee begins the onboarding process.

Who are we currently looking for?

What will your responsibilities be:
  • One of your responsibilities will be to serve existing clients of the company, which includes executing orders, building good relations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Acquiring and establishing cooperation with new, potential clients.
  • Cooperation with internal freight forwarders (organization and supervision of logistics processes).
Our requirements:
  • WE DO NOT REQUIRE EXPERIENCE; WE WILL TEACH YOU EVERYTHING!
  • The ability to establish and build mutual and lasting relationships (communication skills, openness, empathy).
  • Good knowledge of English (knowledge of another foreign language is welcome).
